Main Duties:
1 Actively develop and review Master Program (detailed multi discipline activities logically linked activities
2 Supervise planning scheduling performance, integrity of work scope and maintenance of standards throughout various projects
4 Develop technical competence of planning scheduling personnel, organize training programs
5 Overall supervision of planning scheduling engineers, and group communication development

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (skills):
1 University degree in Scheduling, Project Controls or relevant major
2 15 years of working experience in scheduling. 5 Years at Managerial level
3 Developing plans and schedules for work activities on industrial projects.
Semiconductors, pharmaceutical or chemical experience will be an advantage)
4 Possess knowledge in development of work breakdown structures, monitoring and reporting of project progress, identification of critical milestone and establishment of recovery plans
5 Possess thorough knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
6 Possess strong written and communication skills in English
7 Well adept not just in generating 5,000 detailed multi discipline logically linked activities but also can analyse issues and recommend solutions.
